Christmas fun!

Cousins-and two more girl cousins missing! Ten girls in all when we all get together, so needless to say the girls have a blast.

Daycare party!

The girls had their Christmas party at daycare yesterday! I completely forgot grandma gave them these outfits last year so they were so excited to wear them and take in their gifts. (they were to bring in wrapped "wishlist items" such as paper, glitter glue, and markers.) I left dad in charge of getting pictures in their outfits since he drops off and he didn't do so bad...the snow boots are a nice touch :).

Preschool Program

The girls daycare/preschool had lunch and program for parents yesterday. It was fun to sneak out of work and go have lunch with the girls. They sang several songs for us, it was too cute. Kaitlyn had stage fright and Kyleigh yelled out to have mom and dad clap for her (talk about night and day).

Sneak Peek

After seeing everyone else's amazaing pictures from Lauri http://www.lauristumphphotography.com/ we met up with her on Saturday.....

The girls are at the age where they can live without a nap but still take a short one on most days. I figured I would be better off them taking a nap before the pictures so I put them down with plenty of time but they did not fall asleep until an hour before we had to leave...so had to wake the girls up and that is never a good thing. They were cranky and crankier all the way to the photo shoot, and I wasn't above "bribery" but they were having none of it. By the time we got to the photo shoot they were not much better and insisted it was too cold and were scolding mom for forgetting their coats (I had them in the car, just didn't want them for pictures). Lauri was amazing and after about 10 minutes the girls were back to the fun, happy girls they are normally and were even giving each other hugs/kisses for the photos. We can't wait until we can see all of them but for now Lauri did her normal "sneak peek" at http://www.lauristumphphotography.com/blog/ with these photo's.

Having fun at Culture Camp

This last weekend we went to the FCC Culture Camp at Craguns in Brainerd. This was our second year attending and the girls had a blast and can not quit talking about it. They asked on the way home if they could go back "tomorrow" I told them how about "next year" and they were all excited. (No concept of time yet.)

I'm finally updating! I keep meaning to update but somehow I seem to forget my camera wherever we go somewhere....Here are a few pictures from this month. The first one is the girls in dresses/hats from their cousins who wore them when they were 5, they also happen to be twins and are now 15. Gina one of the twins was horrified that her mom would give away those dresses, she no longer thinks they are "cute"....the girls however loved them...especially because they were their cousins dresses. This one is for you Gina. Kyleigh and Kaitlyn having one of their favorites for dinner...Chicken wings...they both stripped down before they ate because they did not want to get their "new" dresses messy.

Today is our 3 year anniversary of "Gotcha Day"!

Three years ago in Nanjing, China we were blessed with the 2 most incredible daughters!

Princess Tea Party

The girls were invited to their friend Raimee's 4th birthday party on Saturday. The girls were treated like royality and hopefully will be invited back to the Castle. Raimee and the girls have been friends since they were all 1, when they both came home within a month of each other.

3 years ago!

Three years ago today we received a phone call that changed our lives, the referral of our twin daughters! It's been an amazing three years!
